| Seattle Theatre Group (STG) welcomes individuals who are interested in sharing their time and talents. Volunteers are vital in supporting fine arts education and community outreach programs. By participating, you are helping STG keep these historic theatres alive and vibrant. |
| There are a variety of volunteer activities available to choose from. Come share your talent! Usher: Provide volunteer support at performances in the form of assisting the Front of House staff, passing out programs, seating of patrons, answering questions, coat check, etc. Friends of STG Desk: During shows the Friends of STG Desk is open to assist patrons with the rental of binoculars and hearing devices, as well as answer questions and provide information about theatre education and fundraising. Office Assistance: General office assistance for both STG administrative activities and the Volunteer Program is always needed. Research: Research the history of The Paramount and Moore Theatres for archive and maintenance purposes. Special Events: Help at fundraisers, opening night galas and other special events. Tours: Join the team that conducts tours at The Historic Paramount and Moore Theatres. Translation: This “on-call” volunteer position is needed to help communicate with performers from a variety of cultures. Education: Assist in the development and expansion of STG’s educational program. Volunteer Council: Assist in the development and further expansion of the Volunteer Program. |
